Suggested Use:

• SUGGESTED USEOPTION 1Mix 1 scoop (30g) with100-150ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave for 1-2 minutes. OPTION 2Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 100-150ml of cold water or milk and stir well. Place into microwave for 2 minutes. Stir again Scoops are estimated only, and weighing scales are recommended.
