Delivery Areas

As of November 26, 2020 DubaiStore.com has started delivering to all Emirates across UAE. Now you can enjoy shopping on DubaiStore whereever you live in the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah.

Delivery Exclusions: Grocery will only be delivered to Dubai including packaged and dry food, drinks & beverages, snacks & sweets, bread & bakery, fruits & vegetables and meats.


Delivery Fees

Our shipping fee is AED 10 per merchant items per order.

  • Example 1: if you buy one item from Seller A, your total shipping charges will be AED 10.
  • Example 2: if you buy three items from Seller A and two items from Seller B, your total shipping charges will be AED 20.


Free Shipping

From time to time DubaiStore offers free delivery on all orders or on orders above a certain value. It is normally advertises on banners across the website.

Some merchants as well might sometimes sponsor covering the shipping cost of certain products that they are selling. Items that are eligible for Free Shipping will show a “free shipping” sign.


Delivery Time (Grocery)

At the moment, the delivery of Grocery items is only available for Dubai based addresses/customers.

if you live in Dubai, you can enjoy from next day delivery for your Grocery orders, Thursday to Saturday.

Note: there are no specific time slots for delivery. You will receive an sms on the day of the delivery just before our drivers head to your address. The SMS will include a live tracking link so you can live-track the order on the map.


Delivery Time (General)

Estimated delivery dates are provided for each product in the product details page and during the checkout process, depending on the preparation time that the merchants have committed to, plus DubaiStore’s courier collection time from the merchant and delivery to the customer. For example, if a merchant prepares their product within one day of your order submission, in this case it is possible that the delivery time would happen within a minimum of one business day of your order (estimate will be within 1 to 3 days).

We aim to process and ship your order within the delivery time mentioned during checkout. However, sometimes due to out-of-hand circumstances, such as the merchant taking more than the anticipated time to prepare the order, or during busy sale periods, deliveries may take more time to be delivered. In cases of delivery delays, please get in touch with our customer service on care@dubaistore.com to give you more information about your order status.


Order Status

When your order is out for delivery, you will be notified via your registered email address to make sure that you will be available at your registered address to receive the shipment. An SMS message will be sent to your registered mobile phone number to notify you once our courier is near your address.


Additionally, you can also login to your DubaiStore account to track the status of your orders as follows:

  • Log in to your DubaiStore account.
  • Click on your name displayed in the top menu.
  • Click on My Orders from the drop down menu.
  • Locate the order you wish to check
  • Click on Status to know the status of each product in this order.
