Registered Businesses
Merchants selling on Dubai Store are businesses with a trade license from Dubai Economy and Tourism.
Merchants are allowed to sell product types only as permitted by their trade license activity.
No Fake and No Used Products Policy
As per our merchant agreement and selling policies, merchants are not allowed to sell used or fake products. If you face such case, please do report the matter to our customer service by sending us the details with any supporting document or pictures to care@dubaistore.com or by calling us on 600 500 403.
Return Period (For UAE Customers Only)
Customers have a 15-day return period for eligible products. Certain products fall under the non-returnable list of items, check our return policy for details.
Merchant Information
DubaiStore is all about promoting transparency and trust between its users. For that, our merchants’ information are visible to the website visitors. You can see their logo, business name and business description on the website next to their product listing, on the product details page, and in the merchants’ microsite.
Communication Center
You can always get in touch with any merchant on our platform by sending them a message through the communication link found on the merchant’s products pages and on their microsite. Merchants can reply to your message and you can see their response in your account dashboard.

Consumer Rights
Since Merchants selling on DubaiStore.com are companies registered with Dubai Economy and Tourism, this means that you and the merchant and your transaction are governed and protected by the consumer rights protection department, CCCP. You can forward the matter to the Consumer Rights in case DubaiStore was not able to resolve your matter with the merchant.
