Online Payment through Credit/Debit Card

We use Noqodi payment gateway for our online payments. Noqodi is a highly secured payment service using SSL 128-bit encryption, and is used by major government bodies in Dubai. You can rest assured your transaction is going to be securely processed.

Noqodi Wallet Payment

When you create an account on DubaiStore.com you will automatically have a Noqodi Wallet account, DubaiStore’s payment gateway partner, and your wallet credentials are automatically sent to you by email.

In cases of refunds, when you have paid for your order by cash on delivery, the money that we refund to you will be available in your Noqodi wallet, which you can see and use during the checkout of your orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For customers without access to a credit card and for convenience, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method for orders less than in UAE which will be collected by our courier when they deliver your shipment. Please note that since the COD service is costly for us to provide, cash payment orders will be charged additionally per merchant shipment no matter the number of items your order contains.

Our charge for COD in UAE is AED 10 for each merchant shipment. If your order contains items from two merchants, your total COD fees will be AED 20
