How to Cancel an Order or Item

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind after you have placed your order.

You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been prepared for shipping. Beyond that point, you can still return the order after it has been delivered to you by submitting a return request, as long as the product is still in its original condition and packaging.

The easiest way to find out if your order is still valid for cancellation is to login to your DubaiStore account through the DubaiStore website or mobile app. If you did not find a “cancel” button next to the item in your order, this means we have already processed the order for shipment.

Steps to cancel an item or multiple items in an order:
• Login to your DubaiStore Account
• Go to My Order located in your Profile menu the at the top website.
• Find your order from your order history list and click “View Details”.
• Find the item you wish to cancel and click the “Cancel Item” button. If your order has multiple items and you wish to cancel more than one, you can click the “cancel” button for each item.
• Specify the reason for cancellation and click “Submit”.
• You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email.

If you can’t find the “Cancel Item” button:
This means the product has been already prepared for shipping. You may return the item after you receive it, in accordance with our returns policy.
