How to Track Your Order Status

How do I Track the Status of my Order?

Once you have placed an order, you will be notified by email and SMS about your order progress such as when the order is out for delivery and when the order is on its way to your delivery address.

You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your DubaiStore account.

Steps to view the status of your order

• Login to your DubaiStore Account

• Go to My Orders page in your profile menu, located at the top of the homepage.

• Find the order in your order list click on “View Details”.
