How to Cancel an Order or an Item

To guarantee good customer experience and to maintain a good store reputation, we encourage our merchants to always update their inventory in order to avoid order cancellation due to unavailability of stock.

There are three cancellation methods you can use:

Method 1 : Full Order Cancellation. Cancelling the whole order

Method 2 : Item Cancellation. Cancelling one or multiple items in an order.

Method 3 : Partial Quantity. Cancelling certain quantity of an item (can only be done before you click Ready For Pickup)

Go to the Order Details Page

Find the order you wish to cancel. Click on the order number in green color to open the order details page.

Click on the red “Cancel” button at the top of the page. This will cancel the whole order.

Once you click Cancel, you will get a confirmation message. Click YES to complete the cancellation process.
